I had a very disappointing experience today. I went to exchange a gift that cost $49, but the manager refused and said that with tax it goes over $50. I’ve never had this problem at other locations before. The manager seemed very inexperienced and unprofessional, and instead of trying to help, he was just repeating the same thing. Customer service should be better than this.
I was making a return in January and I was wrongfully accused of theft and embarrassment, humiliated, and falsely accused accused of theft due to a cashier was having a bad day I guess and stated I was there a week ago due to I look like someone and my race, this is unacceptable and was defamation to my character and cause me emotional distress and I will not accept this and Ross will be held accountable!!!!
