Staff unlocking the magnetic tags was extremely unprofessional and let the guy behind me cut in front of me because “he looked like her nephew” and proceeded to chat with him like I wasn’t there. Lines exist for a reason but I guess we don’t adhere to that here. I will never be going to this Ross again.
The employees at this location need some serious customer service training.
