This was my first visit to this store, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. I only purchased one toy and used the self-checkout. While I was paying, a security employee stood right beside me and clearly saw the transaction completed successfully. Despite that, I was still treated as if I had done something wrong. I asked why my receipt needed to be scanned and why the item had to be re-scanned after she had already seen me pay for it.
