This location didn’t have what I was looking for this time, but I have to give the staff kudos for the way the store looks. Shelves were IMMACULATE. Literally the neatest Ross I’ve ever shopped at. Everything neatly placed, home goods lined up and easy to see, not just a random jumble on the shelves. Associates were polite and attentive. Wide selection, just not what I was after this time which is how these stores go. Great job, Ross staff!
This location lives up to its star rating. The store was well staffed and had a lot of things to choose from. The employees were kind and friendly. I definitely did pick up a few things. I will be back to this location and shopping again.
Very rude and unprofessional staff. The cashier calls you before the other customer has even finished paying, then waves her hand telling you not to come closer, as if it was your fault. The stock clerks almost run you over with their carts and still give you dirty looks. The fitting room lady looks like she is being forced to work there. The only pleasant person was the guy checking receipts at the door. Just disappointing. Managers, wake up!
