Always a good place to find a bargain
Every time I visit, the cashiers ignore the customers and just TALK to each other. A worker named Giselle does this constantly. Whether she is just shy or doesn't like her job, management really needs to train her. All the young ones up there need some more customer service trainingg
Poor customer service, which is rare for Ross. I was in line ready to make a purchase yesterday morning when one cashier walked away and the other was in deep conversation with another customer about job opportunities (for the cashier.) I waited for 5 minutes with no acknowledgement from staff at all. I left.
Ross is good. Loss prevention was a bit extreme on me. I don’t do that stuff but they were on me.
