Nicest staff! Warmly greeted and checkout was very nice as well.
I always shop at this ross store, bec place is convenient for me. But also bec they have good stuff, i find very nice bargain branded items. Even you can find good kitchen and other home items. The sales staff are always nice and helpful.
Came in today about 3:30 pm had a line and one cashier. They kept saying they were calling back up. But never came or called back up. There was another girl and was pacing back and forth with the sensors and not sure if she was a manager or supervisor that could have gotten to a register. 3 customers ended up leaving the line. Poor customer service.
Shopping at Ross you always find good deals of course. The hardest thing these days is finding good service and good people. Most people spend time to complain and leave bad reviews for bad service, but do not commend the good. I just wanted to take a second to commend Alberta , she is super pleasant and full of positive energy! More employees should pay attention and learn from her.
