I do not recommend this attorney. While friendly and supportive, he did nothing he said he had done after 4 months. I thought he had counter filed for divorce on my behalf in July. Found out in November, when I finally found a new attorney, that nothing had been filed on my behalf. Depaul wasn't even my attorney of record according to the courts. Do.not.use.this.attorney. I explained upfront what kind of person my child's father was and was assured that child support could still be filed. I handed this man nearly 2000 dollars as a single mother with no help to file for child support. He took my hard earned money and never filed for child support. Therefore my only experience with this man has been that of a thief. He took my hard earned money and did not file for child support.

I wouldn't even call Ross De Paul an attorney because he doesn't run a fair business. He preys on those who have lost loved ones and are already having a difficult time. He is the worst probate lawyer I've ever seen and it's appalling that he's still conducting business. He does not follow through, he isn't professional, he's self-centered and his practice is a fraud. Other attorneys who have dealt with him in the past say that he's one to take your money up front and then sit on your case, which is what happened in our case... read more
