Brought in my 1500.00 bike for a $300 tune up picked up a broken bike where he literally cut my gears and now my bike makes LOUD noises cause it's stuck in between gears and no way to change it cause he admitted he cutt it cause I apparently don't need my gears .. still saving up to get my bike properly fixed from totally spoked and will have to pay way more when there was nothing wrong with my bike when it was dropped off I had some extra money and was like screw it I'll get my bike tuned up even though it didn't need it an... read more
My husband got his first Giant bike from Ross in June and I got the Liv just yesterday. Fantastic bikes and amazing service. Highly recommend!!
I highly recommend this store. The service is amazing. I had to get my bike post repaired and I was in and out. The price was very reasonable as well. Ross was very friendly and helpful. This is now my go to store for biking!
Amazing customer service, Ross and the employees were so nice. Very helpful, gave me the best advice, he took the time to explain how to quick fix a few things on my bike, even though he was very busy at the time. Super nice guy, thank you Ross.
