I know they have my exit survey. Horrible experience once transitioned to Flagstar.
Staff are kind and courteous. Not a fan of the parent bank, but the people at this location appeared to go out of their way on multiple occasions for different customers including me.
Bank is clean and employees are very helpful and friendly
Employees at this bank dont speak english well. Last time I checked this is the USA. Human resources you need to hire people who speak english. No one should ever struggle having a conversation with a employee.
I wanted to compliment Assistant branch Manager Joanne DiPaolo for the way she handled a very serious problem I had yesterday. Someone was trying to Scam us out of money in my savings account. Not only did she fix it so they couldn’t do that, but she stayed at the bank long after the bank closed. She notified security and he spoke to us at length explaining how this could happen.
