I’ve had no issues with the banking services at Flagstar Bank in Massapequa everything has worked smoothly and reliably so far. However, I’ve had a consistently unpleasant experience with one of the tellers, an African-American woman at the counter. Unfortunately, she lacks basic courtesy and social skills.
