Went in to withdraw money with my mother from her account. The staff acted is if she was engaging in something fraudulent and scammy. Happy that there is elder sensitivity but this was not warranted. I had just completed a similar transaction at my own bank and it was a completely different. Hoping that other patrons don't have to deal with this.
