This place, and I mean specifically this location, has the worst customer service. Just be nice, customers won’t just walk out. They’ll actually stay and wait for a representative.
Bank got even worse since becoming flagstar. I didn't think that was possible!
Worst bank on the planet. Rude people and incompetent managers
Horrible bank. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Spoke with a Jennifer about an issue I’m having and constantly interrupted by her, no customer service skills. This bank is about as low rent as they come. Both managers there (especially the younger Spanish guy, Karen I think his name is, think Karen like mask police) are rude and do not get the job done. They have been rude to my wife on multiple occasions. Don’t waste your time, this bank is the dredge of Long Island.
2 different tellers can’t sign on their computers to do a simple wire transfer that every other bank in the world lets you do on line. Welcome to 1983. I just saw Michael J Fox walk by.
