Very poor customer service, others are allowed to skip lines because the teller knows them. When I asked if lines exist here, she said she had an appointment, I overheard the conversation, she was supposed to be there at 4, it's 1:00pm, make it make sense. Only professional working there is the male teller, always punctual and very helpful, the rest? Nope. Avoid this branch, it's a common issue with them. I now see why Flagstar is constantly closing down locations.
Unfriendly , did not greet nor smile. We wanted to open a teen account and I overheard the teller saying”Oh God”.., like she doesn’t want to do this job early Monday morning. We left and chose to put our money somewhere else.
I’ve been banking with this bank for years when I walk through the doors the staff always greets me by my name, an the service is fast quick and easy for me I have not one bad complaint or review!
Also, agreed that some of the tellers at this site were Ageist and Racially Profiling. STAFF needs Sorting of Some, and Retraining of the Remaining ...Please!?
