Unfriendly , did not greet nor smile. We wanted to open a teen account and I overheard the teller saying”Oh God”.., like she doesn’t want to do this job early Monday morning. We left and chose to put our money somewhere else.
I’ve been banking with this bank for years when I walk through the doors the staff always greets me by my name, an the service is fast quick and easy for me I have not one bad complaint or review!
Also, agreed that some of the tellers at this site were Ageist and Racially Profiling. STAFF needs Sorting of Some, and Retraining of the Remaining ...Please!?
I Totalltly agree with other customers who rank "0" to this bank staff. (with exception of 2 tellers). Majority of the Tellers are RUDE and I've often overheard them Discussing the Customers as "stupid and demanding"! ......What a Horrible Joint to call itself a Bank!
