Decent bank that has changed hands several times over the last few years. I remember when it was Roosevelt Savings Bank. Then it was another for the longest time. Now its Flagstar. Silly name...ok branch, but I wish it had Sunday hours. Car loan rates are high...even for regular subscribers. Employees try to get everything right...but always double - check.
Friendly and extremely helpful staff. Claudia, Amera and Thony are the absolute best!
i opened up a savings acct last month...they're website is not user friendly & i was told i could use zellie to transfer funds into the acct only to find out i can't. i closed my acct & they charged me $30 to close it!!! other banks don't do that so i will report them & get my $30 back! FU NYCB
