Horrible location can never find parking. Parking lot is always jammed packet.
Horrible experience, Called and tried my best to explain my problem with the little info i had but had her get frustrated because she couldn’t help me with the info i tried to give so they gave a attitude and was dismissing me. I don’t recommend coming here for anything.

I spoke with Maryann, requesting a replacement of my expired Debit card, after experiencing difficulties with NYCB, Customer Service. Maryann, was pleasant, helpful and quickly ordered me a new card, which should arrive shortly by mail. I was going to close my NYCB account after 24 years, but changed my mind after speaking with Maryann. Thank you Maryann, and the staff of Roslyn Savings Bank of Bayshore, NY.
