I recently had a wonderful experience @ this branch. Enrique Chacche the Banking Assistant Leader, was extremely helpful, professional and courteous. The issue I had took some time to rectify (not the branch's or Flagstar's fault) and Enrique solved the matter. Thank you, Enrique! You're an asset to the Flagstar Team!
This place, and I mean specifically this location, has the worst customer service. Just be nice, customers won’t just walk out. They’ll actually stay and wait for a representative.
