Worst bank on the planet. Rude people and incompetent managers
This bank is terrible… the employees and managers are so rude, they should be ashamed of themselves
Horrible bank. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Spoke with a Jennifer about an issue I’m having and constantly interrupted by her, no customer service skills. This bank is about as low rent as they come. Both managers there (especially the younger Spanish guy, Karen I think his name is, think Karen like mask police) are rude and do not get the job done. They have been rude to my wife on multiple occasions. Don’t waste your time, this bank is the dredge of Long Island.
Extremely professional. They take the time to explain and answer any questions you may have.
