This particular bank in East Northport on Larkfield Rd, has a few very very rude and disrespectful workers. And I don't mean the tellers, I mean the people whom you sit down to open/close accounts and give you other services. I left that bank because it was uncomfortable seeing these people. And there is a woman there who contacts my family memember whenever I walk in! Its a bank that needs to be reported. And shortly I will!
Every time I go into Roslyn Savings Bank in E. Northport, I am amazed at how wonderful the service is. I had been a Chase customer for quite sometime. But after being in Roslyn now for only a year. Everyone is so attentive, and kind. I feel their is personalized treatment there that I didn't get before and I can't speak highly enough about the service I receive.
