Worst bank I have ever dealt with. At the time of getting my business they lied to me that is costing me lots of money. No one wants to help, even their regional team. When I asked to speak to Regional manager Dana I was told that she is busy with the meetings. They don’t care about their clients. Do not take your money to this bank ever. You will be sorry. instead of earning interest they are charging me penalty that they had told me not to worry about at the time of transaction. I should have kept Jovia as my bank. Worst Bank ever, their ATM machine never works or is down or broken and then when you try to make a cash deposit, it doesn’t accept certain bills that are new. They are done. They are horrible. I’m going to another banking establishment.
