Two stars bc my parent likes her neighbors. I'd personally give ZERO. A safety issue has occurred from a lighting fixture being out for over a month now. The sav-a-lot grocery across the parking lot has closed down. It was so convenient and one reason this place was chosen. My parent doesn't have transportation and the walk to the store was very therapeutic. All management can say is, " we don't have enough staff and can't keep staff".
