A great place to have conversations of our inner nature, which we so hardly explore in every day activity!
This is a beautiful center with great people. Finding folks to guide and encourage me along my spiritual journey became more important in recent years. This is one of those places where I recenter and remember what really matters in this short time. There is no pushiness or forcing of anything. All questions are legit questions. They have an open session the first Saturday of every month. You can often find the schedule on meet-ups or just stop by on Saturday of the first month and experience their teachings. They have regular periods of guided meditations and the general atmosphere is peaceful and regenerative. Definitely drop by it's worth it.
