I wanted to go buy three carpets there but the customer service that Lady who sits there has a very very bad attitude disrespectful and the way she looks at you she looks like you’re very dirty like you have done something to her. I do not recommend you is going there improve the customer service.
The quality of the carpet is not genuine, and the family also behave rudely.
I’m beyond happy with my experience here. Lovely staff who are very helpful. I searched everywhere for nice rugs and found the one I wanted at Roshan gallery. The service is outstanding and price is very reasonable, delivery is also on time. I will definitely be coming back and can certainly recommend to anyone they won’t be disappointed.
1 of the worst customer service ever, even they don't know what's mean by customer service? Especially the wife of the owner she directly disrespect people, she is so arrogant !
