I had a great experience shopping at Roshan Gallery. They have a fantastic range of rugs and carpets, with plenty of styles, colors, and designs to choose from. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable, making it easy to find something that suited my home.
Very poor customer service
Horrible customer service, horrible employees and all in all unprofessional by all means. Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying anything from this store, extremely disappointing. If I could give no stars, I would. Don’t buy from here. Do yourself a favour and ANYWHERE ELSE.
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Roshan Gallery advertised a seven-day exchange policy for unused items, yet they refused to honour their own policy. I had the item for less than 24 hours and returned it completely unused, but they still refused to accept it for an exchange. I tried to negotiate with them and explained that I was not asking for a refund, I simply wanted to exchange the item.
