Terrible experience with this company. They have zero customer care and have little or no communication with people who buy their properties. Totally unreliable when it comes to entry dates. No site visits or updates. No help when trying to things arranged prior to moving. Would not allow to measure for carpets blinds etc. Forced to take them to court. We had a narrow escape. Good luck with anyone trying to get snagging done.
Rude workmen and staff - foreman thought it was okay to shout at some of our elderly neighbours who dared complain about where they were parking their trucks to get on site.
