Retirement homes are terrible poor food quality magically understaffed and during covid I was denied seeing my grandparents, I'm a grandson not a stranger or distant relative. Im reading other reviews I see to many 5 stars i think they are phoney reviews alit just stick elderly parents in a retirement home and forget about them to funeral.

Our father has dementia and we were nervous about placing him in a home. Melissa came in on a Sunday, while she was on vacation to give our family a tour. We moved our father in a few days later. Management and staff have been supportive and caring. They provide activities and socialization opportunities for him, which has been great for his mental and emotional well being.
