Great VA facility. Great staff!
My dad was here for respite care for 2 weeks, the staff and provider never called his family after he had lost over 10lbs in less than a week. I had to argue with the medical director and provider there, who hadn’t seen him in over a week, about getting him transported home so he could pass away with family by his side. He refused to allow him to be discharged until the next day. We signed out AMA and had to set-up EMS transport . My dad passed the next day at home. Very friendly staff and facility is clean.
Staff was very helpful and took the time to answer my questions.
Rosewood Center is a homey place, with staff that is always ready to answer questions. Should they not know the answer they will try to find out and get back with you. They have been great for my friend and I feel at peace leaving my loved one in their care!
