If I could give ZERO stars I would've. Worst place ever. No Dollar Car Rental signage, it's actually Hertz. We made a reservation online to pickup the car at 12:30pm. Got there on time and the doors were locked, couldn't get ahold of anyone to get the rental car we already reserved. No one was there in the rental building, the absolute rudest person was working next door at their Hertz Lyft location and told us she wouldn't help us and to leave. Save Your Money and go anywhere else!!

I made an appointment yesterday for the following day. When I get there they have no cars and could care less. Hertz should close this location and layoff the staff since they could care less about customer service.

I took a train and 2 busses up to Roseville to rent a car from joke of a business when I got there the rude,lazy clerk I guess you could call her wanted to go home even tho my appointment was at 4 and I arrive 10 minutes early she made some rude comments to me and then refused to help me ! Now I am $ 700 in the in hole thanks to them . don't make the same mistake I did they aren't worth your business I can promise you that!
