Had catalytic converter Stole off my truck. after months of waiting for the truck to be repaired for what it originally went in for .I find out that the whole exhaust system up to the manifold was chopped off, and they put a substandard catalytic converter on there to make it look like it was correct, but even the O2 sensor (there is actually 2 on this truck)was welded on top of the catalytic so that the check engine would not go on. when confronted, they said there was no reason to tell me because they put one on there whi... read more
Only place in town I will go. They are completely honest and prices are fair. I have sent many people to Rose's and they too are lifelong customers.
5 months of going back and forth with Rose's Muffler and no resolution. I have paid over $550.00 to this company. I took my car to get inspected and was asked, "who did the work on the vehicle?" Do not take your car to this shop, they are a ma and pa and apparently can't stand behind their work. They have abosolutely no accountability.
