Purchased an item only to get to pickup and find out the display item was the only one available. The customer service was not great as I felt management was not understanding and was not empathetic.

John (in the furniture and rugs section) went above and beyond. He was such a huge help and was so kind and efficient. I will 100% be back specifically because of his assistance.
