I just wanna say Keith in Furniture and Flooring; is Awesome! You never know what Rose’s is going to have and when they have something that’s the right fit, it’s gonna be amazingly priced!!! I found on top of that value Keith taking care of multiple customers While in the process of receiving a shipment, never sacrificing customer service bravo!!! Keith!!!
I had the best customer service experience with Roses….after searching various locations for a particular flooring and having No luck I was blessed to speak with the Hopemills representative who assured me he had plenty…I was able to travel to the store to prepay and have delivered to my local store..I received a call today that it would be delivered sooner than planned.. the driver was also AWSOME to go out of his way deliver today .. I salute these young men for going far and beyond with outstanding customer service.
