The store was very clean and looked brand new. However, the customer service needs improvement. The cashiers did not greet me when I entered, and they did not respond when I said hello during checkout. They also did not say thank you or have a great day. It honestly made me wonder how their interviews went and how they were hired without showing basic customer service skills. A simple greeting and friendly attitude would make customers feel much more welcome.

I'm a Roses shopper. Too bad they closed but when l saw a announcement that they are reopening but in a different area.
Sunny was very professional and took the time with us while discussing multiple rooms of furniture. Phillip was very helpful also. The total was a little over my budget but, because of Sunny I may complete the purchase.
