A great family owned business for many years. The service and help are great. They go above and beyond. I recommend many of my clients. A gem in the Bronx.
Called them by referral from other company, asked if they have a certain type of panels and received an extremely rude response from a woman who picked up the phone. Needed to buy a bunch of oak panels, ended up with nothing but shock and a crazy attitude. Business owners, pay attention - people like this loose the money you spend on ads and promotions :) P.S. dear owners, please listen to the call once again, your employee was very rude, aside from the fact that she couldn’t assist me and offer any other options
great location right off the six train. had no problems bringing boards from the lumber yard to union square, staff is kind but a little disorganized and chaotic, just be sure to ask for the office and they’ll give u the run down. great selection, be sure to double check boards and dimensions as customers may have moved boards to the wrong section. highly recommend for all hardwood needs
Oh man, where do I even begin? My family’s cabinet business has been sourcing all of our wood supplies from Rosenzweig for over 30 years—basically since before I was even born! From lumber to plywood, veneers, melamine, 4x10s, 4x8s, sheet goods, and all types of solid wood—we’ve sourced just about everything from this awesome, locally owned family business. The owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the same goes for the entire staff. Everyone is knowledgeable, helpful, and always great to work with.
