I give Craig Rosenthal 5 stars. For many years he has done my tax returns and my business tax returns. I was so pleased with the work he did and the time frame, He was very easy to work with and even went around my work schedule so there was no inconvenience with our meeting and my work schedule. I wish I could leave 0 stars. Craig was supposed to do our taxes - never did. Texted me right before the deadline saying he would put in an extension because he needed more time - never did. Never even responded again or answered messages. Unprofessional.
