Very kind and professional people – a bank I can only speak positively about in every respect. I am very happy to be a customer of this bank and can warmly recommend it. Phone calls and emails are answered extremely quickly. Friendly staff, excellent service – what more could you ask for? I’ve had a very good experience with RCU, unlike with any other bank before.
Bad customer service. The tellers are rude and arrogant.
