Rosenblatt Law Firm built their new office directly behind my home. No problem with that until nighttime. Their building and parking lot are lit up like a football stadium all night long, every night of the year. I have asked Mr. Rosenblatt if he would do something about the lights, but he insists he needs them all for safety and security. Originally I hired Rosenblatt Law Firm to incorporate my newest company. James Rosenblatt guided me through the various options and was professional, thorough, and extremely helpful in getting the structure done quickly and affordably. Received an EEOC complaint regarding one of our employees. Had an 11am initial consult appointment. Got there a few minutes early, receptionist put me in a conference room. Sat there for nearly half an hour waiting for him. I walked at 11:30am, receptionist told me he was tied up on a phone call. Classy. My experience with attorneys is that they normally put their best foot forward at first, as they want to secure your business. I didn't actually use these people's services because the first thing that the office manager tells you, before you have even told them about your problem, is that they bill hourly starting from the beginning of accepting the case. Hourly can be anything from $225 to $300 an hour.
