I completed and sent a request for information using their websites online form including my email address, name, phone number and the reason for my inquiry, almost 14 days ago. I followed-up around 5 days ago by sending them an email directly in case the online form didn't work. I have not heard back from them yet. I would expect a much quicker reply or at least an acknowledgment that my email was received. But not even an auto-reply was sent.
