Had something 3 day express shipped out to me (in Vancouver) from Cochrane, Alberta on Friday morning. Was told it would be here Wednesday at the latest. Stayed home from work all day Wednesday to ensure I'd recieve it, as I live in an apartment building. On Wednesday, tracking says the item is still in Calgary, and there is no expected date of arrival, and I can't add a phone number so the delivery person can call me instead of using the (broken) buzzer at my apartment building, or to give me a heads up when they are arrivi... read more

I had some tires shipped from Alberta and it was an extremely frustrating experience trying to receive them. They were also 2-3x more expensive than when I shipped tires via Canada Post last year. I got a phone call and voicemail when they were in the lower mainland asking when they could be delivered. I called back and left a message saying they could be dropped off the next day, and I had someone wait all day to receive them. Didn't come. I called about 15 times over the next two or so weeks.
