Bad service ever. It has been over 2 weeks but still not deliver
Good company, package arrived on time. Staff were helpful
Totally unprofessional. In the tracking information it shows someone tried to deliver the parcel and because of the missing apartment number it was not delivered. But no one even called me to ask for the apartment number. I work for FedEx and I know very well how it works. I called several times and didn't get the concerned person on the line to know where the parcel is. Very frustrating......
LMFAO as I get cut off on Idylwyld in a big red van this evening with their company logo and everything. Do better.
A trash courier company. This is a package being shipped within Canada, but it’s been half a month, and I still haven’t received it. The past few days have been neither rainy nor cloudy, yet they’re using “weather conditions” as an excuse for not delivering. If I could, I’d give them 0 stars. Terrible, terrible, terrible service!
