Double charged and left all the headache to me when they couldn’t deliver my item. When I called to talk to someone I was told “they didn’t know anything”. Very confused, poorly ran company. Had to call multiple times and was told the wrong information several times.

Paid a Chinese manufacture a huge delivery fee for ground floor delivery. Rosenau arrived with the package on the back of their truck only to realize they didn’t have the man power or the right equipment to get it off the truck. So they just washed their hands of their problem and left the burden on me. I had to pay the fee to cross dock, and pay a third party company to deliver to the ground floor of my original address. Great customer services. i made a mistake and this was totally my fault for wrong address. I contacted the support, they are supper friendly and professional support. They helped me to update the correct address. much appropriated a great service. I would recommend any retail to use their services.

Awful service. Couldn’t tell me when my tool would arrive. Got an eta for a Thursday. Came a week late. Couldn’t tell me when or what even happened. No updates on where the item even was. Delivery driver was also not friendly and handled the package rough. Would like to have a chat with someone but even calling will make you stay on hold for an hour or more.
