This company is on island time. Pick ups take days. You have to call every two hours and babysit them. Pick a different carrier if you want something done this century. I use at least a dozen carriers and GLS/Rosenau is the only one that needs hand holding. This problem has been going on for years.
Multiple pick ups called in with this company, for almost a week waiting for a truck to pick them up and no truck yet. Called in twice to see what’s the deal and they told us they will talk to dispatch.. we love having some of the drivers when they do come to pick up really great guys!
