So we dropped this vending machine off at the Rosenau Depot in Redcliff to go to Spyhill, SK. It was reported damaged by Rosenau in Regina. When we left it at the dock in Redcliff we asked if we needed to pallet it and cover it. They didn’t see an issue with shipping it as is. When it arrived to Spyhill the customer was upset as expected. We said we would do what it takes to make it right. We then contacted Rosenau and they asked us to fill it a damage report which we did.
