They did a good job analyzing the practice financials I was about to buy. But buying a practice during tax season they leave you out to dry to navigate your own EIN, and flat out refuse to take on my taxes because they are too busy. They told me to get Quickbooks Online and do it myself. Then referred me to a horrible payroll company that botched the first payroll, withdrawing $6K in taxes instead of $600, direct depositing one employees payroll into another's as well. I chose a competitor instead.
I have been with Mark Rosen and associates for over 20 years. They have been a valuable partner in the success of my dental practice.
