I'm here at Stone Mountain Run. Nice looking facility and clean. Some of my CNA'S are Fatu, Kylee, Jermama, Diamond, Ms. Q, Brittany and Faye. They work hard and are very efficient. There are other CNA's that have cared for me too. They are great as well, but I forget their names bc there are so many. They have great nurses and Nurse Practitioners here. Doctors too come in to see you for your medical needs. I am receiving wound care, OT and PT. The Physical and Occupational Rehab is awesome here! These therapists work hard w... read more
Although it took a few days to get her meds corrected, the care here is great! The social worker corrected the problem this morning. Kylie is terrific. A truly wonderful lady that’s been taking care of her since she came there. Don’t be fooled be how young she is, she’s got tons of experience. The nurses are always there to make sure that my wife gets the best care possible. I removed my poor review because things got way better. Thanks for reading it. I hope that this helps you in making a good decision.
Please don't ever Allow your family to be left here the ambulance has taken my mother to the hospital twice in less than 72 hours. I can't do anything because this place allow my mom insurance to get canceled. More i need help before I have to identify my mother body
My brother was there for a short period and had to be rushed back to Grady. The nurses were very responsive and stayed until the EMTs arrived. I was impressed with the care and the cleanliness of the hallways and rooms. Look, NONE of the nursing facilities are without issues. I know, as I have had relatives in the Dunwoody, Lenox, Gwinnett & Decatur facilities. However, when I walk into the facility it is CLEAN and you are greeted graciously. This facility is VERY run down and in desperate need of repair and remodeling. The room my friend was in was horrible. The bathroom toilet was very low to the ground and not secure. There was no trashcan in the bathroom either. The walls looked like they were last painted in 1980 and very chipped. No pictures or any decor at all. There was no comfortable chair for any guest to sit in, only 1 hard "breakroom" type of chair along with the bed, a nightstand, closet and TV.
