This place is really a dump. I hate my loved one even had to be subjected to such conditions. They never have supplies, they will give you other Residents clothing to wear, call light/bell will ring forever subjecting your loved one to sit in a soiled brief for more than an hour which in turn causes skin breakdown. If I could rate a zero I would. Entering the hallway it was pissed out. No PPE equipment on the doors. Someone else pissy clothes were left in my dad’s closet. Gnats in the room and bathroom. The patients were not being attended to and all the room doors are left open. They did not lay down fall mats and my dad was a fall risk patient. It’s only one EVS SHIFT DAYTIME ONLY. My family was searching for a place when my Dad was being discharged from the hospital. We really did not like the choices the hospital gave us. The Admissions staff were so accommodating and responsive to give me a tour, recieve and review his information and admit him within 24 hrs. Every aspect of his care was so gentle and encouraging. Nurses, techs, PT were always available with a postive attitude and ready to improve his health.
