Looking to get hypnotherapy again soon. Rosemary was amazing years ago. I didn't realize how much it worked until so long after. I had trouble getting over an ex and she literally helped me lose complete interest in them. I went from non stop thoughts, intense anxiety and pain over the break up to absolute meh. Didn't realize how much it worked because I mostly forgot all about them and felt meh about it quickly after lol 😂 So it worked amazing for me

Still using the guided meditation after 6years, it is such a support to turn to when life has upheavals and helps me to find a smoother, gentler path and really believe. Rosemary was a fabulously warm and supportive hypnotherapist and counsellor.
I have just recently finished my three sessions with Rosemary for hypnotherapy to loose weight. It was awesome, from the day of the first session I walked out giving up sugar (which was my goal) and have lost 15kg's and still going. Rosemary was understanding and knowledgeable, and has set me on a course for success that even I can achieve! Thank you Rosemary!! I would highly recommend this course of treatment with this kind and caring woman to anyone.
