I am deeply disappointed and concerned about the standard of care and management at this facility. What initially seemed like a promising environment quickly revealed itself to be the opposite. There is a constant staff turnover which makes it impossible for residents to build trust or receive consistent care. Every time I visit there are new carers and it’s clear many of them are overworked and under-supported. The management is a major problem. This is a lovely home staff are lovely, always ready to help always welcoming and friendly residents always engaged in conversation and activities.

This care home looks pleasant from the outside, but don’t be fooled behind the polished exterior is a deeply troubling environment. Management is poor, with little regard for professionalism or accountability. There is no real leadership, and concerns are routinely ignored or swept under the rug. Confidentiality is non-existent. Sensitive information is shared inappropriately by management, creating an atmosphere of mistrust and gossip.
