This is a lovely home staff are lovely, always ready to help always welcoming and friendly residents always engaged in conversation and activities.

This care home looks pleasant from the outside, but don’t be fooled behind the polished exterior is a deeply troubling environment. Management is poor, with little regard for professionalism or accountability. There is no real leadership, and concerns are routinely ignored or swept under the rug. Confidentiality is non-existent. Do not come to this home, management and staff do a great job making it look good but when you get to know the place it’s not what it seems at all! They do nothing by the book only when professionals come in to visit. The care that they provide might seem excellent but trust me when I say it’s not.
