My mother spent her last month and a half of life receiving caring and compassionate care from the amazing staff at Roseleaf, Chico. She was always comfortable and had everything she needed right up until the end. Because of this, I was able to relax enough to spend quality time with her and not have to worry about what I should be doing. Thank you to everyone there.
We paid almost $6,000 for my son to go there to help with his meds and meals. He was unable to come home right away from the hospital and they were able to do an emergency placement. I was going to bring him to his appointments 3 x a week so they did not have that responsibility. After 2 nights my son left. He did not get his meals when he got back from appointments nor his meds. When I called to ck on his meds they insisted they gave them to him. My son told me he did not. I called back and insisted they ck his med schedule... read more
