I would recommend Roselea Specialized Dementia Care in Hamilton without hesitation. I have a brother who is a resident there but unfortunately has no family near by.. Ekta and her team have bent over backwards to make his stay there as comfortable and accommodating as is possible. He is not an easy patient as he has lived on his own all his life and is very set in his ways. Rosalea Specialized Dementia Care Home is absolutely Wonderful. My Loved one has just spent a week there and I could not have asked for a better care facility. Ekta and her team are super!! They are very caring, reassuring, helpful and attentive. The communication with Ekta from pre stay through to pick up was outstanding. The facilities are very clean, warm and homely. 'Mā te ngākau aroha koe e ārahi - Let a loving heart lead you.' Ekta, Janki and the team at Roselea looked after our dad for 3 years. In the beginning it was incredibly difficult for us to hand our precious dad over to the care of others, but when we walked into Roselea it was like stepping into familiar surroundings. The management and staff have been so supportive and empathetic towards my mum as a resident and our family. We could not ask for more. Regular updates, care and attention. We cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend any family who is in this unfortunate position to place their loved one in the care of the staff at Roselea,
