I got my bedside tables delivered. One was okay the other was so poorly made, I asked for a replacement. Just for the replacement to turn up in pieces. I have never been more displeased and disappointed in a company.
Absolutely terrible experience. We ordered a sideboard that took nearly three weeks to arrive, only to find that one of the legs was shorter than the others, making it completely unusable. This wasn’t a minor issue—it’s a manufacturing fault that makes the whole item unstable. We contacted customer service immediately, and honestly? It’s been a joke. Received a large sideboard today. It is absolutely nothing like the picture, I don't think the colour could be more different. The quality is shocking but that's my fault for buying a cheaper piece of furniture. The delivery guys were pleasant but when I went outside to empty my bin, I discovered that they had just dumped all of the packaging outside my house.
Dressing table stool arrived . Looks as if a four yr old had upholstered it. Creases and fold visible on all sides . Quality is appalling. Will not be buying from here again.
Terrible company - do not buy from here! Items may be cheap, but quality is awful. Thin and flimsy, and all 4 items and then their replacements arrived with some form of damage. One completely broken and all others with noticable cracks / dents etc. Customer service is also pretty disappointing. Replies to emails are rather slow, agents on the phone are rather rude telling me it’s unusual for all items to be damaged (insinuating it’s maybe just 1 or 2).
