I will be honest I have had the worst experience with Rosegate. I have had loans for the last 30 years and have never had the issues that I am having. They are not applying my payments correctly and then state that my loan is delinquent and ask for more payment. When they send me a statement of the shortage on my escrow account and I pay it all in full, they state that my monthly mortgage payment is still going to go up because of it even if I pay it in full.
