Rosegate mortgage service department is still charging me pmi (2 months). And violating The Homeowners Protection Act of 1998 (HPA) requires that mortgage lenders or servicers automatically cancel PMI when the mortgage’s loan-to-value (LTV) ratio reaches 78 percent of the home’s purchase price. I have called twice and spoken with 4 different people. I haven't been late on a single payment. On my conventional mortgage.
