My mortgage was switched to Rosegate as my loan servicer. I had multiple issues with them paying for insurance(even had my first insurance company drop me I believe because of this reason) and good luck trying to reach an actual human being on the phone. Called multiple times to the insurance department during office hours on multiple days and all it would say is their office is closed and to try later. What am I supposed to do?!
