The ATM at this branch is constantly breaking down. On many occasions, my withdrawals, deposits, and debit cards have been stuck in the machine until the following business day. This is particularly upsetting when it happens after hours or on a weekend. At some point recently, the machine received a new look as though it had been worked on or replaced, so I was hopeful it would not happen again, but of course, it still did! Wonderful staff, excellent service, fast and reliable. I came here from PNC because PNC was terrible to bank with. I would highly recommend this location in particular. The staff is really which made me appreciate this branch.

Rosedale has been great helping my small business grow. I came from a large national bank that offered me no assistance with accessing capital I needed even with good personal and business credit. One call to Tony Moss and he got the ball rolling for me I am now building a new shop on a large lot I purchased. I highly recommend them to any small business they are very busy friendly.
“They would be a really wonderful bank to deal with if they didn't make it seem like they disliked me so much when I walk in the door. I am not sure if it is because they don't like men or if it is because they have to put their book down and wait on me. Either way, I never feel welcome when I walk in. “ AND I QUOTE.
