First Let me say I have been with Rosedale federal for probably 30 years. And that's probably the only reason I stay, is its a hassle to change banks, And all my banking information at the age of sixty six...I only use 2 Rosedale Federal Bank locations. The one on Blair Road in Overlea is the worst. The people there have crappy dispositions, they don't even have a window. And you waite forever for someone to come to the screen... The ATM at this branch is constantly breaking down. On many occasions, my withdrawals, deposits, and debit cards have been stuck in the machine until the following business day. This is particularly upsetting when it happens after hours or on a weekend. At some point recently, the machine received a new look as though it had been worked on or replaced, so I was hopeful it would not happen again, but of course, it still did! Wonderful staff, excellent service, fast and reliable. I came here from PNC because PNC was terrible to bank with. I would highly recommend this location in particular. The staff is really which made me appreciate this branch.
