I love Rosedale Federal in Abingdon. They are always so nice and friendly. Very easy to work with them.
I made a deposit this past Friday and specifically told the teller twice, which account to put the checks in. Come to find out on Monday, she still managed to put them in the wrong account and then they tried to charge a fee to correct their mistake.
My father, who is disabled, asked me to make a deposit for him at the bank today as I’ve done several times before. Two of the tellers at this branch treated me like I was some kind of criminal, asking questions and demanding my ID and SSN so they can “create a profile.” Did a little research when I got home and the amount being deposited was nowhere near the threshold for federal reporting so I don’t know what they were doing, but needless to say I’ll never do business here.
