After calling this location and others to confirm that it was okay for my son to come into a local branch to cash a check written from Rosedale federal. Spoke with really nice CSR which confirmed my son could walk into any location with ID and the check would be cash at a small $10 fee. I walked into the Overlea branch, the branch manger( I wish I took her name) took one look at the check, and refused to cash it. Advised my son “” to take it to his bank. Great people n a well established bank here in Baltimore
Fantastic local bank with great service. After I opened my account they checked in with me a few times just to see if I needed anything and how things were going. Any time I've called or gone in they've been incredibly helpful and professional. Good to know that my mortgage stays local and the money goes back into the neighborhood
