I enjoy going into the bank and talking with the tellers and other people in the office. They are friendly and very helpful. I am from the old school and like going to the bank.
MANAGER IS TOP SHELF
After calling this location and others to confirm that it was okay for my son to come into a local branch to cash a check written from Rosedale federal. Spoke with really nice CSR which confirmed my son could walk into any location with ID and the check would be cash at a small $10 fee. I walked into the Overlea branch, the branch manger( I wish I took her name) took one look at the check, and refused to cash it. Advised my son “” to take it to his bank.
