Things could get alot/be alot better here !
there are “No Smoking” signs in every direction you look, but the cigarette smell is so overpowering the moment you walk into the lobby. it’s in the halls, and still present in the rooms but not as bad. my clothing and hair smell of it. the staff did not ask for my ID at check-in which was uncomfortable to me because that lacks security. the AC was great in the room though. there is a mini fridge and microwave.
Comfy beds, slick floors in rooms for Elder concerns. Elevator out of service. Front entrance automatic doors out of service, hindered luggage loading + unloading. Elevator was a hindrance with small children.
