Under Monica, it was 5 stars and above. Unfortunately, it has been sold to Lily and Adrian. They are CHEAP AND AWFUL! Fortunately the caregivers love their patients and although Lily has cut their compensation and thrown away their personal belongings, they persevere. I feel sure rooms will be available soon. Steer clear!
There aren't enough 'stars' to give for places like this. There are just so many unbelievably special things about Monica and Rose Villa, that I could be typing this review for an hour. The short version is that, after our mom passed away, we were scrambling to find a place for our 91 year old dad. We met with Monica the day after Christmas, and she was able to get our dad moved in that same day. After seeing the options in Phoenix we can honestly say Rose Villa Assisted Living Home I, is the best option. This is a beautiful residential assisted living, newly remodeled and with with personal care provided to each resident. Each resident has their own private room, beautiful shared restrooms, and comfortable furniture available. They offer group dining and weekly activities including bingo, mental math, hangman, balloon tennis, and music therapy. Monica is attentive and her staff members are sweet and hardworking. This residential assisted living home is so beautifully remodeled and decorated and there is so much attention to detail. From the assistive devices provided, to the menu, to resident care, Monica and her staff make residents feel as loved as they are. The first thing we noticed when we walked in was the smell of homemade banana bread. We saw the residents in the main area laughing and engaged in activities.
